An immersive journey through time and fantasy

Step into Château de Puivert, where the magic of Game of Dragons merges Occitanian history with fantasy: encounter 24 life-sized animated dragons, each safeguarding tales of bravery within the castle's ancient halls.

During the day, delve into the wonders of Le Parc des Dragons, where the castle's rich history unfolds. Discover its past with historical context, immerse in film storytelling, and marvel at each dragon's unique traits. Capture timeless memories with photo opportunities in front of all 24 dragons.

As night falls, embark on the Odysée Lumineuse, where the castle transforms into a mesmerizing spectacle. Follow the illuminated path, witnessing enchanting dragon "illuminations" and immersive sound and light mapping on the 30-meter dungeon tower.

Experience an extra thrill with the VR adventure, accommodating groups of up to six for added excitement (additional fee applies, accessible day and night).

What can I expect from the event?

A world second, a first in France, a breathtaking show, an immersion in the magical world of life-sized dragons in a unique medieval castle.

Ariège, France in the Aude Department in the L’Occitanie region

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

This experience is held outdoors. If due to the weather forecast the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. When in doubt, please remember to check your spam folder too.

How long does the experience last?

For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 2 hours at this experience. Please note that all exits are final exists

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event. Vegetarian options is possible but no gluten free available. It is not possible to bring outside foods on site.

Is there parking available?

There will be free parking available.

Will there be additional sessions?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.

Is there Virtual Reality?

This experience has the option to enjoy virtual reality for guests over 10 years old; please check if your ticket includes it, you will be able to buy this option only onsite

Is there a dress code?

There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine. Are costumes are welcome !

Where can I get tickets?

In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.

Can I make a group booking?

ABOUT ACCESS TO THE EVENT

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 15 minutes.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.

What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?

Do you offer carer tickets?

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here with proof of needing a carer ticket.Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based in availability).Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.

Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?

This experience is accommodated for deaf impaired visitor, although limited in some aread. Visually impaired people with carer are allowed to free access however note that the experience is not adapted and so the experience will not be enjoyable. We are doing our best to make all our experiences inclusive and would recommend you take a look at other experiences in your city.

Will there be strobe lights?

This event won't include strobe lights.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.

Will restrooms be available on site?

This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
