What can I expect from Game of Dragons?
The event takes place at the majestic Schloss Neugebäude, a Renaissance palace renowned for its historical significance. This unique venue provides an extraordinary setting for a captivating experience. The centerpiece of this event is an enchanting light trail that spans the palace's mystical courtyards, facade, impressive halls and the secret Lion’s Garden. Along this magical path, visitors will encounter over 20 animated dragon displays, each towering up to 12 feet high. These dragons come to life with mesmerizing 10-minute projections, revealing the hidden secrets of the palace and its mythical inhabitants. The outdoor trail focuses on illuminated dragons, brought to life with lifelike animations and immersive sound effects. Guests are invited to explore the palace's courtyards and parts of its interior. Rooms that had been closed for visitors for decades were made accessible especially for this occasion. This enchanting event begins after nightfall and is conveniently located in the city of Vienna, offering a magical adventure for all who attend.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held outdoors and in all weathers. If, due to exceptionally bad weather conditions, the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email linked to your Fever account. Please check your spam folder when in doubt.
How long does the experience last?
People usually spend about 70 minutes at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on-site for purchase?
You will be able to purchase food and beverages at this event. We are happy to provide vegan and gluten-free options where possible!
Is there parking available?
Yes, free parking will be available at the palace. If these are full, there are additional free parking spaces at the Vienna Central Cemetery. These can be reached directly from the parking lot of Schloss Neugebäude and are only a few minutes (800m) walk away.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality?
Yes, this experience offers an optional virtual reality feature for guests over 10 years old.
Is there a dress code?
There is no official dress code, but we recommend wearing warm clothing since the event takes place outdoors.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, merchandise will be available for purchase at the shop.

Where can I get tickets?

Can I purchase tickets at the door?
A box office will be available on-site. However, tickets may be sold out, so we highly recommend booking in advance through the Fever App or website to guarantee your spot.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets for free. Click 'Transfer Tickets' in the Fever App. Contact us if you need further assistance and include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app under the Tickets section. If the app is not installed, download it from the Apple Store or Google Play, and log in using the account you used to purchase the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, you can change the date or time of your tickets up to 48 hours before the event starts. For tickets including food and beverages, there is no exchange option. Refunds are not allowed. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.
Do you offer press passes?
No, there won’t be press passes offered for this event.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended to arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you may arrive within the next 15 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
No pets are allowed, but service animals are welcome.

Unfortunately, this venue is not accessible. We aim to make our experiences inclusive and encourage you to explore other options in your city.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
Smoking or vaping is allowed outdoors, provided you respect other guests.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Yes, guests requiring assistance are entitled to one free ticket for a personal assistant or support worker. Show proof at the entrance to allow the carer in for free.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Unfortunately, this experience is not suitable for deaf or visually impaired individuals. We are working to make our events more inclusive and recommend looking into other experiences.
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, this event includes strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but seating will be available for rest.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, restrooms are available. Please ask the staff for directions.

No, there is no coat check at this venue.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome! However, due to the nature of the event, very young children may find some of the dragon animations overwhelming. Babies (0-4 years old) get free admission and don’t need a ticket.
Will there be an audio guide?
Yes, a free audio guide will be available for download on your personal mobile device.
